Haunting Phantoms are an exceedingly rare Aspect Shrine who utilise the Eldar's advanced anti-grav technology to grant the Shrine's warriors the ability to float above the battlefield like eerie spectres.

The armour they wear also incorperates advanced dimension shifting technology, allowing them to flicker in and out of existence at will using the same dimension bending technologies that allow the Eldar to create stable webway portals. It is this ability that gives the Haunting Phantoms their name, for they appear phantom like in aspect until they are ready to attack.

Unique Wargear:

Ghost armour: The armour worn by the Haunting Phantom can flicker in and out of existence at will.

Ghost armour grants the wearer a 4+ armour save and a 5+ Invulnerable save.

They also count as being armed with plasma grenades.

Pair of scourge talons: Scourge Talons are razor-sharp talons which, combined with the flickering field of the ghost armour the Haunting Phantoms, can pass through even the thickest of armour with ease.

Scourge Talons count as Poisoned weapons (2+).

Warclaws: Warclaws are larger, more deadly versions of the scourge talons wielded by the Haunting Phantoms.

Warclaws count as poisoned weapons (2+) and also ignore armour saves.
